Rod's Custom Collision Repair Center is I-Car Gold Class certified. This recognition is the highest role-relevant training achievement in the collision repair industry. An estimated 10% of auto repair shops currently meet the stringent Gold Class standard. The professional development program from I-CAR provides a reliable training framework for acquiring Gold Class to collision repair shops and insurance businesses. The program also helps them maintain the up-to-date knowledge and skills that contribute to proper repairs, improved business performance, and risk reduction. 

Many new vehicles are made of lightweight materials and are equipped with advanced safety systems. Hence, it is important to stay abreast of changes in the industry to ensure consumer safety and business survival. The I-CAR® Gold Class™ program aims at preparing you to meet the challenges of this ongoing technological change in the industry. Businesses must achieve and maintain a high level of role-relevant training across each of the major collision repair roles to earn the Gold Class recognition. This is measured by the achievement and maintenance of Platinum™ recognition, earned through I-CAR training, by designated Role Reps at the repair facility. 

In order to maintain the Gold Class recognition, the business must continue to develop the knowledge and skills of its staff to an advanced level by progressing its Role Reps through the ProLevels® of I-CAR’s Professional Development Program™. Your Gold Class status will demonstrate to your customers, your staff, and the industry that you're dedicated to providing the highest standards of service.
